About justme

 Hi everybody,

I am 49 and holding forever.  Been happily married to my sweet hubby 25 yrs.  We have one son and one 3 yr old grandson along with 1 dog and 1 cat who thinks he is a dog.

My husband and I were married in 1982.  In 2000 we were able to buy our first house.  The garden was so full and it had not been taken care of.  I found some plant/flower books that had color pictures and I started trying to find out what kind of flowers we have.  I am not even sure I have all the names correct.

The main garden is made from what was a under ground swimming pool..  its so crowded,  it needs to be thinned out...but that is a full time job and I work full time .

There were 4 ponds, 2 in the main garden, one by the deck and one that is well fed down by the creek.  We removed the one by the deck and planted 3  25yr old Rhod. Trees that were given to us for free in its place.

We also had 8 Burch trees when we first moved in, then one by one they started to die off from the top down.  It was a great mystery for a while, but then we found out it was because of something they called a Bronze Burch Bore.  It as sad to loose all those beautiful trees.

We did plant 18 little pine trees (various kinds) last summer, so we'll see how many made it thru the winter.

My pictures seem to be mostly green but, I am still working on adding more pictures of our  flowers, dog and cat etc as I just got a new camara for Christmas.
