About jennycatar

I'm just a Connecticut Yankee who transplanted to Central Arkansas in 2005. When I was about 15 or 16 I contracted Lyme's Disease which left me with arthritis. The arthritis is getting really bad now so most of my gardening is limited to container gardening. At first I thought this was going to really limit the amount of veggies I could grow, but I'm finding out that I can grow pretty much anything in a container. I started small this year, but I've got plans to go bigger and better next season.

I love to take pictures. I'm not really all that great at it, but I take them anyway lol ... if you're interested I've put up an Online Photo Gallery

Outside of gardening I collect frogs, do crafting, quilting, scrapbooking, play games online and chat online with friends. I'm pretty much of a home-body, and most of my close friends are either back east or scattered around the country now, so I'm online keeping up a good deal of the time.
