Plants in my Garden: Roses, Irises, Lavenders, Crate Myrtle, Azalea, ferns, Clematis, Dogwoods , Redbuds, Solomon's Seal, Hydrangea, Aucuba, Mahonia, Toad Lily, Wisteria,etc....
Favorite Aspect of Gardening: I did the work myself.
If I'm not in my garden, I can usually be found: knitting, crocheting, needlework of some sort

About craftz
I am a mother of 2 grown boys (3 if you include my husband). We moved from zone 5 to zone 7 and love it. I enjoy learning different challenges in my 1/2 acre land from full sun to full shade and boggy shadey soil when it rains. I learn by trial and error ( and lots of questions at my favorite nursery). When my 3 year old granddaughter visits you can alway find us out in the yard somewhere doing something. Right now her favorite plant is Lavender. And its fun watching her explore.
When I'm not working the yard I can be found sitting on the porch either doing some needle crafts or enjoying life with my husband or both. Most of the time both.
