I accomplished my mission yesterday. I made more Christmas cookies. This will be my last batch of the season. I have baked and nibbled for weeks and weeks now, so enough is enough.
I also enjoyed the camellia. Camellias were my mom's favorite flower. She used to love to do graftings, so she had camellias blooming almost all year long of one kind or another. I feel that this little camellia blossom is her Christmas gift to me this year now that's she gone.
Mission for Today: Relax, listen to Christmas music, and watch Christmas movies.

I'm so happy your mom's camillia is blooming for you. The cookies looks like one of my favorite cookies that I make. Some time called: Melt a Ways, Swedish Heirloom, etc. What do you call yours?
Is it made with:butter, sugar, salt, nuts, vanilla, and flour?
Yes, that's it, hummingb. My mom called them lady fingers because she made them in the shape of crescents. I got lazy and just did balls. They sure do melt in the mouth, don't they?
