Well....the cold snap has taken a little break. It is only -17 C here today! feels like spring compared to last week! I was scared that the cold weather was going to be too much for y greenhouse...I had some frozen water one morning...and freaked out. Although there is a gas heater in there....It was not enough...I just in the nick of time added threee space heaters..and things are good. Boy was I scared! there are lots of things in there that I am not willing to lose to the cold! It is just wonderful to see the sun finally come out and shine for us today!

I think the coldest it has gotten here in Jabez this winter was 14 degrees Fahrenheit, that's -10 Celsius. In 1961, we were living on a farm in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, the temperature was -22 Fahrenheit. I had a cow to milk and 40 heifers to feed. I could tolerate a lot of cold, especially when I was younger. I felt sorry for the cattle. Anyway I am glad you were able to rescue your plants, probably your warm heart saved them.
