Hi;

My name is Sandra, I'm from Oklahoma and I'm an avid herb gardener. I used to have a 45 foot square garden layed out with cooking, tea and medicinal herbs along with a small home made fish pond until our neighbor to the southeast of us started a grape vineyard.  He started using herbicides and insecticides and that put paid to my herbs.  I'm in the process of planning a new garden well away from his grapes.  I fully believe in organic gardening.  Even if the herbicides hadn't gotten my herbs I couldn't have used them because of the insecticides.

    I like the idea of Garden Guides.com. I like to hear about other people and their gardens.  Hopefully I will make some good friends here and swap ideas with them.
