Kimber....MRI

Well they had a safe trip to Miss. ( Dr.) and back. They were told it would be 3-4 days before they knew anything on the MRI test.  She came over to mamaw's to check out was in my pots on the stove when she got home....LOL. And said, no chicken and dumplings... & I told her no but if you would have told me you wanted some I would have made some. She has  come over and we would make  them toghether but it has been  sometime now. .... Just wanted to let you all know all that I know for now. I deeply appreciate all your prayers .... will keep you posted as I know more.... God Bless All....reba

Louisiana Back Roads....Jackass in road !!!

As you all kown when I travel ... the camera goes with me.....LOL. Well on way to funeral yesterday.... we came up on this jackass just walking down the middle of the road. We blew our horn and it eased over a bit to the side, then stopped , turned and just looked at us.....we just laughed. This is out in the country.... or should I say ...sticksssssssss. So I say to hubby....stop & let me get a picture of this. Blog friends can have a laugh too.  As we drove on it just kept walking.

Just thought it might bring a smile to my friends faces..... now ya'll have a great day.....and God Bless All.... reba

I thought I'd let you guys know, Kimber has an appointment for Monday for a MRI. And then they go from there. Also another prayer request....My Aunt died  yesterday but too this morning my brother called and said, Aunt 's daughter (Lori) had a wreck and they had to air-left her to LSU hosptial in Shreveport,La. ...We don't know any details yet. So if you will add Lori and family to your prayers. Now my granddaughter Kelsey is sick with something, not sure if its the flu.  She is out of school... Daughter just called and said they are closing school becuase so much sickness.

The other day I took my crafts down to Bank and then over to our Town Hall Office. I sold  $102. bucks. Not bad I said. Thanks a million everyone....you all are the greatest.. God Bless You All and I will say a prayer for all you (I hope you all don't get the flu bug)........friends...reba

My granddaughter (Kimber) who had the Rhino wreck last Oct.12.....needs your prayers. They went back to  Jackson,Miss. today to the Dr.'s  and she got bad news. ( Incase you didn't know  or forgot her.....she almost lost her leg  and she is 14 now.)  Her leg has set up infection inside. They have to go back for a MRI one day ( not sure yet when, but soon.) The Dr. saw something that didn't look right. She has been having some drainage  and they said... its ok. That happens sometimes. But if it was to drain a lot...come back in. Anyway now she has to start all over again. They plan to go in and wash it out and give her some antibotics. This is the second time around now ......... the best I understand and may have to still go back and do bone grafting. That poor little sweetheart has been through it. The plastic surgeron was pleased with the way it has healed on the outside. Now this..................Please we need your prayers for this yourng girl and her parents. Mamaw inclueded. I am so worried.

We thought she had come a long way, and she has but now having to start all over... geeeeeeeeeeee. The little band aide is were the infection comes from. It was about like tooth pick hole.  Let me tell you she has been a real trooper..... through this whole thing. When her leg was sliced down to the bone and to her ankle almost.... she never cried.... yep she is one ruff cookie. And when we were in the tornado (2004) she watched the Dr. sew up her papaw's head . God Bless Her.... please anytime she comes to your mind...please say a prayer.... we believe in the power of prayer. God brought us through the tornado and God is going to bring her on through this Rhino wreck too.  Thanks a million to all who will share in this blessing for Kimber. God is Good..... and nothing like a prayer warior. God Bless You All .... reba

Grand Isle,Louisiana...Part 3

Hello Everyone.... I just thought about something I forgot to share with you all on my trip to Grand Isle last week. Well actually we were on our way home and we were probably around Lockport,La. and I spotted this HUGE  IVY in someones backyard. I told my husband we have got to turn around I need a picture of that ivy. And the sweet honey he is said ...ok.  If you know what kind this is I'd like to know . I have never seen one this big or that is ...this huge. Come on now you southern's .... someone has got to know what it is called. Now don't let me down....

I told you it was  HUGE....I was right wasn't I????????

Like I said.... HUGEEEEEEEEE      IVYYYYYYYYYYY...... LOL.
