Should have gone back to bed!

This morning I woke to the sound of thunder and thought its a great day to stay in bed. I should have and would have if not for my sweet little son calling MOMMY!!! from the other room. I called my mom just like I do everyday to see how she was feeling. I put her on speakerphone so my son could hear her and he grabed the phone a dropped it into my lotus bucket. It took a hour to dry out the phone so it would work then I had to run tio the post office so i loaded the kids up and when i got back i locked myself out of the truck and my apartment. It took a hour to get them to let me in and when i did i grabed the spare truck key to fetch my keys and on my way back in i got stung twice by a yellow jacket. I can sfely say I need to go back to bed . Its not noon yet and im ready for a nap!

Ding Dong The Birds Are Gone!

I have finally won in my battle aginst the birds nesting on my porch. The other day i saw the baby birds trying to fly and i watch for a while till it looked like they had it and then i sprang into action. As soon as they were out of the nest for good i went out there and sealed off the entreance to the nest. Before the parents came back to start a new family. I have reclaimed my porch and am looking foward to no more poop.

I have been plagued by a pair of stupid birds nesting on our porch. They are doing some damage to my tomatoes. I havent seen it myself but im sure that is what is breaking off the small side shoots of my plant. They must be trying to land on the branches or are try to get incect s that are trying to hid there. I want them to nest else where i am sick of brid poo all over my porch and am looking foward to there babys leaving the nest.
