The Daffodil bulbs bloomed; I was afraid it would be a 3 month exercise in futility, but it worked! Next year, tulips. The snowdrop are already starting to sprout here in the dismal mid-March of NJ.

Those are beautiful pictures. It's always a great satisfaction to see an experiment succeed. Not only succeeding but to bask in the winter beauties that you would normally have to wait until spring. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell |

I force bulbs all the time and love it. It is so nice to be able to watch plants grow. They grow/bloom fast too. I subscribed via email the first time you said you would do this to see how yours would turn out. Only I didn't give any advice 'cause I'm not an expert. Yours came out great! Your daffodil are beautiful! : ) |

Great job & photos. I have rarely had success forcing anything other than an occasional Amaryllis (better ratio in yrs past-this year zilch plus 1)~Andrea |
