About gardener_for_life
I reside in Oregon with my husband, two kids and two dogs. Oregon is known for its beautiful mountains, valleys, rivers and lakes. There is plentiful fishing and hunting. Our crops are bountiful. A less know fact is that the Willamette Valley supplies 70% of the worlds ryegrass.
I am an life-long gardener. I was raised on Moon Mountain with acres of crops. We grew everything from potatoes and beets to corn and gooseberries. I know the importance of back-aching cultivating that rewards with a delicious harvest. I so enjoyed roaming through our mountain garden before school and picking beans and sweet peas off the vine and eating them in the summer morning breeze.
In my adult life I still love gardening. Now I mostly rely on container gardening for my produce and herbs. Whether outdoors or indoors, you can also enjoy the rewards of an abundant harvest of vegetables, herbs or a beautiful decor of houseplants. Container gardening is only limited by your imagination.
