About gardenbug8

I can garden all day as long as weather permits as I am now retired, thank goodness.  In my new home where we moved after retiring, I have a big backyard with clay soil so compacted that the only alternative was a raised garden built by an environment "nut" landscaper who used old telephone poles.  The rest was cemented; I'm too old to do all the weeding or mowing.   My passion is now the Queen of Climbers, the Clematis.  I have 72 clematis planted in containers and the raised bed.

It is just another one of those nights when I get depressed and just toss and turn but getting no sleep at all.  I thought of my sister, Anna, and I cried and cried so I went back to the living room and watch TV.  I surely miss our night chats on web...
