What a great Friday! My wife took off work to spend the day with Sean and I. In the late morning we went downtown to story time at the library. We stopped at the farmers market afterwards and picked up a few things for dinner, and Sean always wants to play in the fountain. He, of course, soaked himself!
After the farmers market, I got my 2nd tattoo! I drew this one by myself! The artist made it a little larger and didn't charge any extra, that was very nice of him.
With the finds from the farmers market, I decided to make Ratatouille inspired by the movie Ratatouille. I saw the recipe on pinterest, and used only locally grown produce! If you want the base recipe, just google Ratatouille Ratatouille, if you've seen the movie, you'll recognize the dish!
I served it with some cooked, sprouted quinoa... delicious! Next time I may have to blend up more tomatoes, but it was still great! Happy national farmers' market week!

Great family time, I love to see a father and his son...very special time. My son has tattoo's too...loved the design..delicious food...what a day!! |
