I was out checking out the garden this morning and making a mental list of this to try to get done this weekend, when I spotted a zucchini. I have posted a picture in my Greenhouse & Garden album. This is the biggest round zucchini I have yet to see, my cell is next to it to give a hint of the size! And then the end of it had seeds coming out! I am not sure if the peacocks had eaten a little of it and the hole was near the seeds, or what... I am not sure but really strange looking,, there is a picture of that also!

I grew very large zucchini in my gardens years ago and they are very good stuffed with sausage and baked with a tomato sauce. Just slice it open lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and put the stuffing inside. It is tender and delicious.
You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell

This is one of the biggest round ones I have ever seen, we did get some long ones (about 1 1/2 feet) but they were about half the size around. I am not sure how many meals these will give us.
Bill that recipe sounds quite good! I found a zucchini caserole (sp?) last year and have made that a couple of times.

Wow, that is some zucchini!! It's the biggest I've ever seen! Its really too bad about those peacocks. Did you say they belong to a neighbor? You have to go to an awful lot of extra work and expense because of those beautiful creatures. They can't do anything about that? Oh yeah, I love, love your greenhouse.... Hilda

Wow that is big. Our zucchini didn't do very well this year, don't know what was up with that, but in the past a few have gotten away from me and gotten really large.
