We live in Southwest Missouri, transplanted from all over the USA!! Finally here to stay. I HOPE!
We have a small farm and I am trying to convince my husband to homestead. Eventually I think I will get him to agree that it is much easier than competing in the rat race. So far though I have started with horses. I am learning to train and breed them. I started with boarding and now have 2 beautiful babies to love & enjoy. My daughter is 20 & recently moved back home from Texas with her baby boy. SO we are very fortunate to have our grandson living at home with us. My teenage son is into football, skatboarding and motorcross! My little stepsister has moved in with us and brought her two horses. So we have a houseful and are trying very hard to enjoy it!!! LOL.
I honestly love to garden and have recently bought a greenhouse. Much larger than what I needed, but I paid very little for it. Hopefully we will get it up soon so we can start growing some veggies to have all year round. That is my main goal with the green house. Of course, it wont hurt to have a place to overwinter my gardenia and Eucylptus (sp?)!! So I am looking forward to that.
