We've had such a wet cooler summer , the plants are doing some strange things... my zucchini is growing sideways...6 feet ! and some of my tomotoes have grown diesways also, no heighth... and the squashes and peppers have been miserable with little heat... not vining much at all... was so looking forward to crooked neck squash :( .. well it is blooming finally so we'll see.. it appears to me the garden is about 2-3 weeks behind, so we better have a WARM Sept !! This week it is finally supposed to peek in to the high 20's low 30's.. ya, I know that is cold for down south :) anyway, finally picking bush beans, sugar snap peas, swiss chard is wonderful and romaine lettuce has never been so nice !!

Do learn how to post photos and show us some of your art work. I too did one of my first flower beds while pregnant. I remember having to almost lay on my side to do a little weeding. :-)

I had to check your profile to find out where high 20s to low 30s is summer heat. We've had that for the whole month in western NY.
