Tag: Weather man predicts frost Monday night
How does one control themselves when they visit the local nurseries this time of year? I went to three this week.. purchased a few things, but just enough to satisfy an urge to plant. It is early yet and we have frost in the forcast on Monday night..:(
So I will protect the plants I purchased under the deck and wait for a few days, but wanted to take advantage of the seasons open houses. I got a couple of things I am excited about.. a new Yellow blooming baptisia and a new Endless Summer Hydrangea. Really nice plants on sale too!!

I also have to control myself when I go plant shopping. There are still a couple of spots I want to fill with color, but I must remain restrained and keep thinking control, control and maybe this one also. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell |

I will be waiting to see your baptista. I have never seen one except in plant books. It is hard to control yourself, isnt it? |

Oh yes it is! My hubby is a bad as I am too, we visited 3 different nurseries this past week! LOL Yesterday I got plants for my containers and an old kettle that my inlaws used to use when they butchered. So I will be happily planting today |
