For the first time in my life I have black spots on all my basil plants. All of my basil is grown in containers and the sweet basil seems to be the worse. My stupid question is - can/should I still use it? Can/should I just cut the plant off at ground level and let it start growing again? I have no idea since this has never happened before. Any/all advise would be extremely useful and Thank YOU in advance.
