Try looking at the compost forum, and then if you don't find anything, post a question up on the forum. There are some really knowlegeable people that can give you advice (I hope). I don't personally know anything about it. What can you do with a botanny degree? I am 36, taking college classes to get be a nurse, but very interested in gardening although I'm not what you would consider to be a really experienced gardener. Just learning a little new stuff every year. I love to read pretty much everything about gardening. Tell me about your field of study. I am thinking of taking a botany class, even though it doesn't pertain to nursing. |

The normal mix is between 5:1 and 8:1 brown to green. So a lot of brown and a little green. |
