Patrick got the riding lawnmower running yesterday - hooray! We were both so excited. He had a lot of fun tooling around on Yertle the little red turtle :) And it was surprisingly easy to drive, too - I took a turn also. I like going around trees - the turning radius is pretty good!

We are just so excited to have a lawnmower and a yard to mow that mowing is not a chore - it's a lot of fun!!!

He's off to finish mowing, and I need to get ready for work. It's hard to go in when it's such a beautiful morning, but I get to enjoy a 3 day weekend after this so, I'd better go!

Also, I wish you could insert pics right into your blog entry instead of uploading from a url.

Upload images to Garden Guides into your Photos album, click on the thumbnail and the larger image will appear then right click on the larger image and click on properties. A window will open with the HTML address there, make the window large enough to highlite the whole name http://cdn-media.gardenguides.com/media/images/000000/09/66/ MDk~NzY2_large.jpg Highlite it and Right click on it and click copy. Then when you are writing in the blog entry window, click the little icon at the top with a mountain and sun. That will open a window with a slot to paste what you copied from the properties window. Click on preview and you will see the picture you want in your blog. Then click OK and your picture is in your blog. That's all there is to it. Test it out and if it doesn't work, delete it and try again until you get it to work for you. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell

For the sum of $123.00, we had a rider for the first time.Since then-its been given away free,and replaced with a Husquavarna-but I'll never forget that time..
