i am so excited...here is my first vegetable from my garden...don't you think it's beautiful...and it was yummy...my girls enjoyed it too...

Grrrrreat! Good color and size. How did you decide to prepare it for eating? I have a very good recipe for cucumber spread that is good on crackers or with potato chips. They are so versatile as to the many ways they can be used in recipes. Do you have a lot of blossoms remaining? They do require a lot of watering....especially now in our record breaking heat. bloominnana~i just snacked on it fresh...it was yummy...so could you share your recipe with me...it sounds good...i have a few blossoms and i saw some more cukes growing...i have been watering about every other day...unless it is calling for rain...i am not sure what variety i got... |
