This is my first blog and my first garden,the typing is easy..Pumpkins not so easy LOL They are a sad state turning yellow on leaves.Some flowers and growing every which way but loose,but not much on the fruit side.

My Zucchini is starting to flower and produce small baby zukes which is lovely.Tomatoes are a total tease,big healthy looking plants but few fruits.Green beans are doing nicely,Cukes have taken over the fence and are doing well I suppose,I see small ones and lots of flowers.

I am late to plant potatoes,but did manage to scrounge up some sweet tater plants.My fav,can't wait for them to get here.Ok I can wait because I still have to ready the area.I have come to find I like more fall veg than summer,I can do without most peppers and squash.I planted them because that's what they had LOL August is going to be fun planting all my fav veg.

I am quickly becoming addicted to gardening and hope to expand to my back acreage as soon as I get the hang of things.I am learning alot jsut from this site alone.Good find;)So far it's been hit and miss,lots of reading.But I love to see the results and wish I had started sooner.Will be up to par on schedule next year.

So that's my first blog,wasn't too painful LOL
