help! keep losing my profile

hello. i'm having trouble setting up my profile. i've written it 3 times and when i click on save, it doesn't keep it.and i don't see anything else to click on. but when i go back to check to see if it did create me a profile, it's always empty as if i'd never put anything in it. i'm really getting frustrated and tired of retyping it all. if anyone can tell me what i'm doing wrong, please let me know. i'm pretty much computor illiterate. i appreciate any help at all. thank you, terriemae p.s. i was glad to have accidentally run across this website. i'm really looking forward to joining you all!
