Sleep seems to be a word that exists in outerspace. I have been sleeping less and less and it doesnt seem to be getting any better. I suppose it has something to do with the crazy hours i am working along with doing a lot of other things. But i cant even lay down for 5 hours and sleep through it, i cant even sleep through the night. the more hours i miss the more weak i feel. I hope when i start school this madness will slow down.
I extended one of the flower gardens this week. I will have pictures up really soon for everyone to see. It deff. looks very zen. I am so excited. well ill write soon, need to get some sleep.

Last night I just bought some Herbal rememdy books and some more information. In a week or so i should be ready to make my tinctures and salves. I am really excited. Thank you guys for your comments about the herbs. I read them all and i found them to be very informative. Oh yeah, And thank you for that one site! It was very very informative. I had bought the bottles to put them in and everything. I also bought some of the herbs in bulk, the ones that i am not growing. I am opening my mind up to different things other then just planting, it is such a great experience.
In a couple of weeks ill be going back to college. I am really excited, but i am not sure how busy i am going to be with all my 5 classes. Hopefully it will leave me time to concentrate on all of the things i have learned this summer. But i am excited about school. I am taking a baking and cooking class. I am also taking a oral communications class, basic math, and a resume class. The work load should be fairly decent.
Anyway the last couple of days the corn has been coming on really strong. We have frozen at least 40 bags of corn and we still have more to pick! It has been crazy. I have made 8 loaves of zucchini bread the other day and froze them! and we still have been making pickles likes mad crazy! I think it has been the best year for our vegetable garden. I heard yesterday that the prices of vegetables are going up 100%. So right now, me and my family dont have to buy veggies for quite awhile. We are saving ourselfs mucho dollars.
Anyway i hope all your guyzes gardens are doing just as well as mine. Ill talk to you guys soon!

The day before yesterday me, Becky, and my Boyfriend went to Target to go baby shopping for the baby shower i am going to this week end. It was so cute and awesome. I ended up getting a lot of cute little outfits and different usefull stuff! The one outfit that i got was blue and a red stripped jumpsuit! IT IS SO CUTE!!! I love babys and little children. Eventually i will have one of my own, omg.....ahhh they are so cute! Oh yeah I also got a memory card for my digital camera so now i can take up to 2,000 different pictures! So that means more awesome pictures from me!
Anyway after baby shopping we ended up going to Taco Bell for dinner. It was good! I had a steak fajiata. My personal favorite are the apple empanatas. After Taco Bell we went to FYE and i ended up getting the movie St. Elmos fire. I havent watched it yet but i am deffinately a big 80's type of person especially with music. I love all the 80s hairbands!
So i want to put some of my photos in a gallery. I have been taking pictures for a very long time and I have a lot of black and white photos that should be in a gallery. They are really great. So today i think i am going to look and see how to go about putting photos in a gallary. I am getting back into my photography as we speak. I am really excited.
Oh yeah, my mom went out to the big garden this morning. And we have our first tomato! I am so excited! We got another bag full of cucumbers. So more pickles! We made dill, black pepper pickles, and sour, and bread and butters! They are so execellent. And also we have made a couple of zuchini cassaroles! We have been having corn every night for supper so far and it is excellent! My mom ended up picking a lot of berries and made a couple jars of jelly! It is like a raspberry and blackberry mix! YUM YUM!
Anyway i have a long day of making food with my mom before i have to go to work at 5 pm. So have a nice day ya'll and i talk soon!

I just woke up a few minutes ago. Suffering from major allergies.....I cant stop blowing my nose! omg this is so horrible.
I have to go to work at 7 o clock and work until 2 this afternoon. I had made plans with one of my friends to go mini golfing and have ice cream today but the weather said it was going to rain. :( All i know is that the garden needs rain so whatever is good for the garden is good for myself. There will be zucchini from the garden to pick today again. Ill probably make the organic zucchini bread recipe that i found the other day online. I have to say that it was one of my most favorite recipes like ever!
For most of the week i have thought about going organic. I have been working my way into it but i havent gone completely organic. I like the concept of it. And it is healthier for you. I recently ordered organic products online. I ordered soaps, make-up, deodorant, and toothpaste. I figured i would start myself small and work up to it. Eventually i want to end up eating all organic foods.
I also have been thinking a lot about the earth and ways to try and protect it. My boyfriend and i are complete opposites on the way we think about it. His excuse is that he is going to die before the earth gets really bad. And my excuse is : " think about our great great grandchildren and how all this pollution is killing the earth along with the air they are going to breath!" I think it is so important to keep on recycling and doing energy efficiant things to keep the earth going. It makes me sad in a way to see what some people are doing to the earth but i know deep down that pretty soon we are going to get close to our goal of making it cleaner.
I dont think ive slept more than just a few hours this week. I am starting to devolope dark circles around my eyes. errr... I should take some time and take a long nap. I feel cold, groggy, tired, and allergies are getting to me. Today is going to be ANOTHER long day. Hopefully work goes as well as i planned.

I think from the beggining i have had a love for trees and flowers. I think they are deffinately my favorite. I read in the bank, on a poster, that " if every family planted one tree that could reduce the carbon by one billion." that is a lot!!! i think the government should issue families money to buy trees. I think everyone should plant a tree. I have planted eight different trees this year. Japanese maples, Maple trees, cedar trees, and others. I also became a member of the arbor day foundation. It is really awesome, i think you peoples should check it out at:
well i just got back from swimming at my grandmother's pool. It was nice to see my whole family. Since i have gotton older i havent seen my family in quite awhile. We had cheese pizza, bacon and red pepper pizza, one with everything on it!! omg it was great. my cousins have grown so much i barely reconize them. omg i love family moments. they are so cute. I also got to spend the night with my amazing boyfriend, he actually got into the pool tonight. I was quite surprised.
My conquest with stopping smoking is continuing. I havent stopped yet. My mom on the other hand couldnt do it. I think she is going to try again tommorrow. But i am on my way to healthier lungs and white teeth again. Thank God!
I want to thank everyone for your comments, it means a lot to me, and i really do enjoy reading them.
well, im heading off to the boudoir.....long day ahead of me at work tomorrow.....Goodnight! :)

We just went out this morning and picked some more. I came back with 2 full plastic bags of cucumbers and 2 bags of lettuce. Our pumpkins are getting extremely big! Oh yeah, and we picked two dozen ears of corn!!! So that means corn for dinner. So anyway, We planted three rows of potatoes and some of them look very wilted, well not really wilted but hung over. So i am not sure if they are ready to dig up or not? So my mom and i decided to quit smoking today and well, lets just say my mom isnt taking it so well. tehehehe......but i am so happy shes doing it! Lets just say, she has been drinking tons of coffee. I have such a busy day today. I have to go to work and then after that my grandmother invited the whole family for dinner and swimming! So i am excited to get in the pool because the hummidity is horrible. Tonight after that is probably making more pickles and relish! it will be another long day of pickle making. if anyone has anymore pickle recipes that would be so awesome then i wouldnt be so forced to make pickles with ,all my cucumbers. or any other recipes, i love to cook!!!!
ill write again later about my adventures! :)

We have this huge vegetable garden that we are trying to keep up with. We have all sorts of veggies. We have corn, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, zuchini, lettuce, red leaf and green leaf, potatoes, blue potatoes, red cabbage, swiss chard, pumpkins, watermelon, and so much more.. It has been a chore keeping up with all the veggies and with making different things. We have made at least 50 jars of bread and butter pickles, i have made 6 loaves of zuchini bread, we made relish today. Me and my mom are going to be looking into selling some of our veggies at the nearest farmers market. We deffinately didnt realize what we were getting into planting all of these vegetables. But all in all it has been a good time. And it is a great learning experience.
