It never ceases to amaze me the simple things (the ones you think are simple) are not necessarily so. What I mean is, things I know how to do, or about, that are not so 'simple'. Take ground covers, I think it makes sense to plant something like Crown Vetch on a sunny hill that won't get a lot of water. It flowers, it takes care of itself. I say something like that and I get that look from people, that look that makes me want to run to a mirror and see if a second head popped out of my shoulder.
That was hard, only because I tried to 'simplify' it. You, all you smart people out there, don't even think about it. Share that knowledge, spread it far and wide. You might be surprised what you know about that other people do not. One of the things I have written that gets major views?

Good idea; share the knowledge while it's still in your head! I've been filling out this "grandmothers book" because I know that I've already forgotten so many things. If they're not forgotten they're a little mixed up! LOLOL The stories I want to share about my son, for example, I get them mixed up with what my nephews did or said....I'll start telling, then I'll say, "No wait, that wasn't Chip, it was Josh." Oh well, I'm blessed to have so many people I've loved to get these stories are mixed up in the first place. Oh, wait, that doesn't make sense, does it? ;)

Hilda, makes perfect sense to this grandmother. I have two grandsons one 22 and the other 11 and they are a lot alike. So in my 'older' age I will be getting them all mixed up. And one granddaughter reminds me so much of my daughter that those tales will take a turn in my mind as well. Linda B
