I was laid off in January and have been collecting unemployment insurance. Today I was offered a 6-month web programming job with a company that has hired me before. It's a good thing I love working with these people because I'm making $7 less per hour than my last job.
I'll miss hanging with Paul (my husband) all day, taking naps, sleeping in, and working in my garden whenever I like. And now I have to commute every day and fill up my tank every week. Still the pros outweighed the cons. Woo-hoo!
