Every morning I wake up wondering....is it Spring yet? The cold, long, Missouri winter has me begging for warm weather, doesn't even have to be hot, I'm talking 46' and no artic breeze. Last Oct. I planted a few misc. bulbs picked up from a clearance sale at the local PX. Now those bulbs are poking their little green fingers out of the bark and they brought friends! Mystery bulbs! I also pruned the crap out of some unknown bushes by the front porch and tried to manage the crepe myrtle someone planted infont of my son's bedroom window. Now the "lawn" that is a whole different situation. It is a kind of grass, but not a desirable species, it grows in tufts and is accompanied by misc. low lying green weeds giving (from a distance) the perception of a green lawn. I will upload pictures today.
