I am having so much fun,i love this site and all of u that i have meet so far..i added more photos to my profile,take a look,see what u think.... HELP!!! i have Aphids on my plants outside,i have tryed the soap&water it didnt work.if anyone has any info let me know...Thanks.

Aurora	May 10, 2008 \| 8:17 AM PST You can try squirting them with a strong stream of water- that will usually knock them off. I buy ladybugs- and don't have an aphid problem.
bsmitch	May 10, 2008 \| 8:55 AM PST I found this also about spraying. Another way to reduce aphid populations on sturdy plants is to knock them off with a strong spray of water. Most dislodged aphids will not be able to return to the plant and honeydew will be washed off as well. Using water sprays early in the day allows plants to dry off rapidly in the sun and be less susceptible to fungal diseases. You have a great day and happy gardening. Bill Mitchell
yardgranny6	May 10, 2008 \| 10:23 AM PST When I had roses the aphids would always come in the spring. The hose is your friend. You can use your fingers to help get them off. Good Luck
