I am leaving today to go back to NY. I have to pack up my house and get it ready to sell. I will return to SC aroung July 20. I am dreading this long car ride but am very anxious to get it all done with so that I can finally start my "new life". I don't usually like "change" but this one is long over due. While I am gone my guy is putting down hardwood floors in the 3 bedrooms. Right now the house is in a bit of turmoil. My Lhasa, Ginger doesn't have a clue what is going on except that "mommy" has been a little cranky!!
I will miss this site and I look forward to getting back to it and to the garden. I know it will be in desperate need of attention!! Happy 4th to all and happy gardening!!

Hey all! Made it back to Long Island safe and sound. Thanks for asking. Long trip!!! At mom's now for dinner so I jumped on her computer for a quick look see! Ilene, I live in East Rockaway if you know that little town.... Ok have to go eat..starving! Brought mom a huge zucchini from the SC garden and she is cooking up some fritters!! YUM! |
