Some good advice. Don't get on the scale. Maybe once a month. Just stick with your program and you will lose weight. The worst thing is daily monitoring. It leads to failure. You know by the reflection in the mirror and the loose fit in the pants that the program is working. You have a great day and happy weight loss. Bill Mitchell PS. Stay away from salt. |
