To keep critters away from your veggie/flower garden, use the hard clumping litter... once kitty has tinkled... place the hardened clump around the outer perimeter of your garden. You only have to put out a few... you don't want to fill your entire garden.. this would not be good. We have heard someone using this and they say it works!

Rain prevented me from working around in my yard and garden.. however.. on Memorial Day, I worked hard getting weeds away from bushes and flower beds... next I really need to work on a small area in front of our home... I want to buy some flowers to make it look nice... I'll post some pics of what that area looked like last summer.
Well thats all I have for now... I have been busy with my job, working with kids has its difficult times... today was one of those days. Mostly, I find my work rewarding.
If this really works, I have a gold mine of rodent deterrent! I have 3 indoor cats and 2 litter boxes that I clean out every day -- who knew I was discarding a golden opportunity!!?? I'm not kidding -- I'm going to try it!

No matter how useful they are, I will never be get caught with using that in my garden. I hate their smell and discard them out right away. I love cats but my neighbors' cats love my garden and it is such a dirty job for me. Just my preference.

Hey, would that work on keeping chickens out of my flowers. I have some who escape their pen & they keep me busy recovering my Angel Trumpet & asian lillies bed.

I cannot stand the smell of used litter. However, I will be trying it too, if the they claim that it works. The only thing we have done thus far is make a fence to go around my garden. Thank you for the comments.
