Or maybe I should title this entry: "The Heat is Getting to My Brain" LOL!

This morning it was actually cool and overcast. I managed to do a little bit of weeding, sprayed my peppers, tomatoea, beans, and brugs with my homemade bug spray, and fed the brugs (the ONLY plants I use fertilizer on).

Then I decided to head out to do some much needed shopping. First stop: Home Depot, I bought a couple of cupic feet of mushroom compost. Then it was off to Wally-World for a big mental list of what I needed to get. Note, I said MENTAL list. Bought some more potting soil so I can repot some of my houseplants, and also a deodorized fish emulsion (Alaska Fish Fertilizer). Found a pretty healthy small bromeliad for $5- first time I'll try growing one of these. Then I got the much needed band-aids and gauze pads since summer is upon us and I know I'll be "Dr. Mommy" lots :)

Get home and realize I forgot some of the most important things I needed to get- COFFEE, MILK, and a few others I've  forgotten already *sigh*. Oh well, guess that just means that'll have to go back out with DH's convertible :)
