2 weeks from today we'll be driving down to Disneyworld for 7 fun-filled, exhausting days at all the parks. The children are so excited. They keep watching Disney World stuff that we recorded for them :)
Steve was very wise and bought a portable DVD player for the car, and copied EVERY Disney movie onto discs for the kids to watch. Of course, Megan doesn't actually like any of the movies- she cries and cries LOL. so that could make for an even longer trip hehe.
I'm really looking forward to it, and seeing all of their landscaping :)

Disneyworld needs 2 weeks to see it all. We've been twice. Words of wisdom (my son was 5 the first time we went) The Characters costumes are hot so they are not out much in the middle of the day. Kids get so excited and worked up-Make them take a nap in the middle of the day, and go back out in the early evening-and they'll be able to be awake to see the fireworks! And bring LOTS of money! 19 years ago I paid $2.00 for a peanut butter sandwich-imagine what it is now! It is loads of fun! Last edited by carolyncat353 on May 30th at 6:34 PM. |

I love all the amusement parks we have in Florida. I hope you enjoy your stay. There's no place like Disney or the House of Mouse, as my boss likes to call it. |
