Today turned out to be a lovely day.  My husband and two daughters gave me a beautiful windchime and a dwarf banana tree for a gift.  I have wanted a windchime like this for quite awhile.  After morning church we grabbed some food at Quiznos and headed out to the lake.  We ate with family and chilled out for awhile.  Some of the guys played a little baseball.  Then we took a walk on a trail through the woods.  We ended up walking about 4 miles.  I took pictures along the way of things that we saw.  Baby armadillos!!!!!!  They were soooooooo cute.  I have made a photo album with pictures from the walk.  In the pic of the baby armadillo there is a flattened soda can on the right side of the screen, gives perspective on size.  They were searching around for munchies I guess.  We spotted a few holes in the side of the banks, maybe armadillo homes.  Also, alot of paths that were from animals.  We had a great time and the tall pines were swaying with the breeze.  Just lovely.  Happy Mothers Day to all mothers out there in GG land.   I put lots of pics in the photo album, Mothers Day '08, so check them out.
