Well, I did some cleanup late this afternoon.  It was great to get some of the chores done that had been waiting and waiting to be done. 

Mowed part of the back yard.

Cut down some more of the asparagus and carried the trimmings to the dump pile.

Harvested all of the ripe sweet and hot peppers.

Collected the chicken eggs.  Fed and watered the chickens.  Layered their egg laying area with new straw.

Watered all of the house plants that had been outside.  Brought all of the cold sensitive potted plants inside. 

Harvested some Lettuce leaves.

The weather was perfect for doing all of this work which I enjoyed thoroughly.  I'm so glad that I am feeling better now that I am over the flu and I have rested from the long weekend of work.
