About 2greyhounds

My husband and I have been fixing up a 1913 farmhouse for the past 10 years, and have much to go Believe me the outside looks much better than the inside!   Someday we will be able to invite my husbands work associates home for dinner but as of now its better if  they  only drive by the outside.   We have 2 children  ages 9 and 5.  When we moved here there were orange ditch lilys everywhere there wasn't a weed or a tree.  We must have had 40 trees on the lot.  My husband does not share the garden obsession I do as he has to mow with the riding mower around what ever I plant.  He is always against my newest garden plan, but I do usually prevail.  I love formal gardens.  Our lot is 3/4 of an acre. I took the uwex master gardener classes a couple years back.  Im back in school for more nursing classes so don't have as much time or money to spend on my gardens as I did.
