So things are dead or dying off in your yard. As you continue with fall clean up, remember our birds as well. A tidy yard is not a bird friendly yard. Keep some leafs in the flower beds and under the shrubs. Ground scratching birds like juncos and thrushes are always looking for food under the debris. Some of that same debris becomes next springs nests. It's a good time to clean up our feeders as well. Don't forget your bird baths.
