I, too, am planning on saving seeds. I will be saving some Malva 'Zebrina', Pygmy torch, nasturtium, peppers, tomatoes, daylilies, irises, ladybells, Purple coneflowers, and many more. |

... and what do you plan to save? I save seeds, and this year I'm hoping to capture some seeds from my "Love Lies Bleeding"... as well as some other flowers/herbs and maters. GW |

Lovetogarden... I've been saving veggie seeds forever. This will be my first year saving flower seeds. I don't have any books on it, but someone mentioned a book on another forum I'm on... will have to go look it up if I can find that thread. GW

I can get you some this fall too! I will save some but this year I am mostly dead heading unless I KNOW someone wants something then I will save for them. I have saved so much in the past that I was getting overwhelmed with it all. As things start setting seed I will post a note to see if any one wants some then judge by the replies if I will let them mature or dead head them. Right now I am saving pink lupine and blue bush delphiniums for people. |

Kathy, SO sorry to hear that. If you need any more seeds , just let me know. I pulled out a ton of seedlings, transplanted a few, and found that I missed about at least 50, which are growing in the FRONT of the flower bed. LOL. If you need more, I can get them........z. |

Well, maybe that's true where you are but not here My love lies bleeding didn't reseed on its own and I didn't save any seeds. Our winter was mild but it rained so much from March through June that any seeds that were there drowned. Nothing has come up.
