My theory is if it produces a flower or leaf you like, leave it. I have a whole section in my garden of things I have dug up from the roadside just because I like the way they look. So as things have been growing this year, I've been trying to identify what I have. I have several plants that I think are weeds/wildflowers, but I don't want to pull them until I'm sure.
