I'd recommend a Shadoof. I've had mine for years and have never had a single problem with it . caz |

I know what you mean about the drip systems. I have to check every time I turn the water on to be sure they are still operating. When they stop working, I try to clear the obstruction and if that doesn't work, I replace the dripper. |

Im wondering what nozzle with different adjustment actually work,The ones that give you the choice of spray, shower ,mist, jet etc.. cause that is what I have to use because me soakers are rendered as useless. I really wish my soakers would have worked I have them hidden throughout most all beds and the front gardens .they just dont work, Ill get dribbles here and there and nothing here and there along with speays here and there.. Rather disappionted.I have to water everyone and it is better to water slowy so I make my rounds fixing my hose every few feet..real bummer takes the fun out of watering I make a few rounds, running changeing hoses that reach cetrain areas etc.. it is a chore.. To avoid this I just fill up a garbage can with water and water plants with a pail. Orbit makes them and I was wondering if anyone had the chance to use them. What's a dripper Ron? A soaker? Im lost here for some strange reason...*LOL no.. not tired. Yet.. *lol Kale

The drippers may not be the proper name for the terminus of the poly tube, but it's the best I can think of right now. I think the smallest size is for 1/2 gallon per hour. And the smallest size plugs up easier than those with more capacity. When they stop letting water through, I cut them off on blow through them from the opposite direction. That will often clear them until the next time. I will even install them backward to help clear them and sometime that works. But if I can't clear one, I just replace it. The ones I use have the word "rain" in the name but it isn't rain bird. My soaker hoses have never quit working though. I think I have about 15 of them. I set a soaker on each row in the garden and they stay in place throughout the season. I do use a drip system on the bush type plants though; tomatoes, squash, cucumbers. |

I dont think I can make that system..hummm I plan on rotating my beds when I get tired of them where they are.Would I be able to move these drippers? Is that right? I even went all out and bought Craftsman soakers! Maybe they are too far from the water source.... How far are your soakers from the faucet? Kale |
