I canned 25 jars of pickles, half bread and butter and half kosher dill. I woke up this morning to find all but 2 have sealed!!!! My ball blue book says to wait 24 hours before I try to reseal if needed, so I still have about 10 hours to see if the other two will seal. My next batch of cucumbers will be turned into sweet relish!!!! Quote \| Reply \| Report
