what does 18"-60" tree roses mean?

I wanna to buy tree roses from.

and I want to know what the 18"-60" stands for?

crown diameter or height? or others?

I am not a rose person, but I am pretty sure that would mean potential height.

Yes, it normally means the height.

Most containers and nurseries usually always give the height. There are many informative web sites just about any plant that give you the spread or width too.

Which rose are you looking at? I don't know too much about them, but know for most gardeners, it's a must to have them.
