Hi I've had my weeping crabapple for approx 3 years now. Well it seemed to not be growing very much so when I went to the nursery I asked them what I could put on it. They gave me some fertilizer and told me how and what to do. So I did and now Im pretty sure it is dead. All of the leaves are brown and dead. Will it come back to life or should I just remove it? Thanks

Try lightly scratching the bark on one of the limbs to see if there is any green tissue under the bark. If there is, it is still alive. If there is not, try another area.

You don't have to scratch very hard, sometimes you can do it with a fingernail even.
