how do I make it go away. It is a constant popup and its ruining my GG experience. |

Tom it sounds like you have some sort of spyware on your computer. I don't ever get pop-ups on this site unless I have my mouse over something or I've clicked on something on accident. Check to see if your virus program also contains an anti-spyware program. You will need to update the program and then run it to check your whole computer, ie. all of C:drive If you don't have an anti-spyware program try downloading and installing then running this program (SpyBot Search and Destroy) http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html Microsoft has a fee anti-virus and anti-spyware program that is all-in-one called Security Essentials too. Pop-Up is the wrong way to describe it. When I go to BLOGS, and it is the only time it happens, and I put my cursor over the scroll bar a new tab opens with 'Triscit Home Farm". If I don't move the cursor to/over the up/down scroll bar and only arrow up or down it doesn't happen. Saying it's ruining my GG experience is an exaggeration. Nothing could do that  I do have my spam blocker turned on and use a spy-ware protector and an anti-virus. Its strange in that it only happens when I'm looking at a GG blog and is more annoying than anything else. |

something happened and now its cured itself????????? it had been going on for more than a few days and now it appears to have healed itself. I think?? That tab is not opening anymore which is good! Thanks HockeyGirl. |
