We just launched a NEW Gardening Calendar on Gardenguides.com that we think you are going to LOVE.
How to use the NEW Gardening Calendar
The Gardening Calendar not only helps you keep track of your gardening activities throughout the year, but it also gives you the opportunity to share tips and advice with the entire community.
Step 1: Make sure you are logged into your account.
Step 2: Go to your profile. Click on the ‘Calendar’ tab.
Step 3: If this is your first time creating a Calendar, you will now see the ‘Create a Calendar Cover’ page.
Step 4: This is where you create your Gardening Calendar cover. Here you can enter all the information for your Calendar, including your calendar title, hardiness zone, and a calendar cover photo. You can upload your own image from your computer or choose an image from flickr.com to use as your Gardening Cover Photo.
Step 5: Now comes the fun part! This is where you add your journal entry for the calendar you just created. The entries will be a way for you to share what you are doing in your garden. You can create as many entries as you like. You can make your entry private or public to the community. You can upload images, choose specific months, select a specific task and category and add a description with steps to help explain the process.
Congrats! You have created your very own Gardening Calendar. Now you can go back and create more journal entries, and even add more calendars to help keep you on top of your gardening!
Don’t forget to check out these cool features!
• You can check out other members calendar entries for tips and advice
• Share your Gardening Calendar on Facebook with all your friends
• View related articles pertaining to your entries, or other member’s entries to help you with your Gardening
Check back often as we will be adding many more exciting features to the Gardening Calendar!
