help !!! what type of grass ???

Hello y'all
I live in Florida next to a preserve and wetlands - just moved in recently.

I have attached some pictures of a grass that is very predominant. I am not sure what it is, adn am concerned it is invasive and exotic. If so it needs to be removed.

I would greatly appreciate some help.

I'm no expert with grasses, but my best guess would be Bahia Grass. I'm attaching an article about it. It grows in Florida, but it is only a guess. Read up and tell me what you think.

You might want to contact your local Florida Ag. office. Florida has a lot of "protected" plants, especially in the beach areas.
