Tried growing pumpkins for the first time this year. Got one pumpkin which I think the deer picked off in September. I had lots of blooms but only one pumpkin came from them. I had plenty of bees buzzing and put down lattice so the pumpkins weren't sitting on the ground, plenty of water. Should I have been doing something else. I just read an article this weekend and it talked about pulling the blooms off so the pumpkins could grow. Any suggestions? |
