I had this in perennials, and it was suggested I move it-My son's girlfriend called and asked me about overwintering her Asiatic Lillies. They are in the ground, and they are in Montana. I told her to dig them up and overwinter in the house-but now I don't know. Should she just mulch them well and leave them alone? I don't know a thing about growing stuff in Montana! |

You may not have to dig them up. Some of them are listed at zone 3 or 4. Others seem to have slightly higher zones. |

I live in zone 4 and have always left them in with a cover of mulch.

Ok, I'll call her and tell her to leave them alone, unless she's already dug them. It was 4 degrees there night before last-and it has snowed. Dang that's cold! How do you Northeners survive that!!??! |

hello, just joined today. i'm from alberta, definitely zone 3 and i leave my lilies in. they have always come back- up to now-knock on wood! faye |
