carolyn I can't identify..but your zinnias are so pretty. I'll check back and see what everyone says. you know me I am the one with more questions than answers all the time. I'm gonna get better. |

I think it may be a species of Sphinx moth. They are rather large and some people call them Hummingbird Moths because of the way they fly and get nectar. They have long (nose)? to get the nectar. This one is really beautiful, Cat. |

It looks like a moth, though it is smaller than the Hummingbird Moths I see at dusk. THis one flies around in the middle of the day with hot sun. I haven't taken the time to google it. Thanks for the reply. |
