hi there, just found this forum. Most say I'm in zone 9,a few say zone 8.Am wondering what I can plant in some shade?I've got Anne raspberry's planted in a rubbermaid storage container, and lots of fruit.A few boysenberry, kiowa blackberry's,dewberry's,tayberry, alpine strawberry, ken's red and a pollinator kiwi..all growing in pots, while I decide where to plant them.

Which of these can go in partial shade?thanks in advance,

My son lived in Santa Maria for about 8 months-in the Air Force. It is BEAUTIFUL THERE!!! Blackberries/dewberries can take some shade, blueberries can take some shade. Consider anything that gets less than 6 hours sun 'partial shade'. I don't know too much about the rest. I love your part of the country-we even went to the coast and saw Whales-well, one whale-but it was Awesome!!
