Hello GG Members,

As we previously mentioned, we have some wonderful changes in store for GardenGuides.com and our valued community. We want to assure you these initial changes are purely cosmetic and we will retain the features, tools and forums you have all come to love. You’ll also see an infusion of new content we hope will be very useful to you in your gardening endeavors. As part of our makeover, we plan to introduce a new logo to match the new and improved vision and aspiration of GardenGuides. As valued members of our community, we want to give you the chance to weigh in with your thoughts on the new design.

Thanks to everyone for your continued feedback and enthusiasm. We look forward to keeping the lines of communication open as we continue to work together to make GardenGuides.com the best gardening resource on the web.

Please take a look at the new logo we have designed and let us know what you think!!!

Kind regards,

Your GardenGuides.com Team

Come on GG members, let the head honchos know what you think. This is your website home after all.

It looks fine to me, but I don't want to be the only voice here.

I don't think it is as strong as the present logo.
It's certainly not as legible. Too "cutesy" for my taste.

I agree. I like it the way it is. I hate it when a product changes packaging. I think that our logo is recognizable and hate to see it change.

Well, I like it ~ the font is quirky and fun as opposed to the old rather blocky one. Maybe the khaki color on the "guides" word could be brightened up a bit.
That being said, I agree it will take some time to get used to "new" but that's probably an age thing

I much prefer the current logo. The font and colors aren't to my taste. Were you planning on going to the white background too?

Seems like it is too close to the logo for another garden site I have visited in the past. I don't visit many, so I couldn't say which one.

It's ok. But I agree with Witt, I like the old one, it's more recognizible and It's what caught my eye when I was looking for a garden site. Carol

I am over the garden fence on this one. I like it! I have this site bookmarked and I don't mind change at all. Nothing wrong with trying new things.
Maybe on the g in garden you could put a hand shovel on that one. On the g on guides you could put a hand rake coming off the ends of them. Just throwing stuff out there. No matter what the decision is I'll be back, I dig this place..
